Our missing is to make the process of sending in your test kit as simple as possible.
- If your sample arrives and it is damaged or otherwise unfit (frozen/cooked) for evaluation we will ship you out another kit no extra charge.
- If you choose the mail-in option and choose not to use one of our pre-paid test kits the responsibility will lie solely on the sender.
- If you have purchased multiple kits but only send in a few at a time and require extra envelopes just contact us and we will send you more.
- If you decide you are unhappy with our service, return the unused kits for a full refund on remaining stock.
